This smartphone holder can be easily made with a CNC router. I have provided the two outlines as DWG files. I used a solid beech wood panel (18mm thick). You need 4 cuts, two for each DWG file, then join the parts with vinavil glue. I have provided the STL fil

This smartphone holder can be easily made with a CNC router. I have provided the two outlines as DWG files. I used a solid beech wood panel (18mm thick). You need 4 cuts, two for each DWG file, then join the parts with vinavil glue. I have provided the STL file as well, just in case you wish to make this object using a 3D printer. My build was done on a desktop cnc-machine by Stepcraft using a spiral-toothed 3 mm flute.
