This is a basic sliding phone cradle, adjust for your phone as needed and attach to the mount of your choice.I just hot-glue mine to the dashboard.I?ve been in the habit of finding a basic design whenever I change cars/phones and needing to scale whatever I find to accommodate the exact size of the phone/skin/case, usually wasting a few trial runs before I get it right.The included STL fits a Moto G5 Plus with a pretty thin skin on it.I needed a fairly wide ?lip? so I could use one cradle for both my android and my wife?s iPhone. If your lip is more than a few mm, set the ?supports? variable to ?true? in the SCAD file, and consider adding a mm or so to the inside dimension to allow for the ridges that will remain after you clean out the supports.
