Sometimes the (not original) power / data cable tends to wiggle a bit from left to right. To protect the female part of the plug you just have to enlarge the contact area of the cable. This could be done by using the provided tool.The fit is very tight so you have to press hard until the plug clicks into the cut outs inside of the protector. After that everything should be fine.Unless I?m not using the original but to different cables I?ve provided two Fusion 360 files. If your plug has other dimensions you can edit the parameters on your own or change the layout of the plug.
